REform/REfashion Friday - Old Jeans to Skirt (WR2)

I'm starting my back to school sewing. School starts in a week - I know crazy early. It's still hot as blaze here so my daughter can wear her summer gear for a little while. I love to upcycle old jeans to new things. Since turning a pair of jeans into a skirt has been done a million times over - no need to provide any instructions. I added a ruffle to the bottom of the skirt using some fabric from my collection (aka stash). I also used jeans topstitching thread for the first time - it looks really good. Now I need to make a top or find a t-shirt to embellish. I love this little skirt and I hope she does too.
